Cheryl Sklan BAP, BCP


Cheryl is a founding partner of Training Matters London. She is a management consultant and trainer with over twenty five years’ experience. She is an established team-facilitator and also operates as a mentor. Cheryl has a unique NLP Master Practitioner coaching practice and her special expertise is leadership and its effects on the team. She has broad experience as a manager in both the health sector and in local government. She has run workshops in the law, with voluntary sector and with charities. She has taught for both BPP and BLS law schools. She trained with the British Association for Psychotherapy and holds validation from the British Centre for Psychotherapy. She works as a supervisor and has a private practice.

Siobhan Elliott LLB


Siobhan is an associate trainer and mediator at Training Matters London. She is an experienced lawyer having practised in the City for 9 years, then worked as legal director of a large multi-national company specialising in commercial litigation and employment law for a further 5 years. Siobhan now focuses on professional development training and on mediation, working to resolve conflict in a wide range of situations. Siobhan is a popular trainer, delivering programmes to City institutions and the financial services industry both in the UK and internationally. She is an accredited commercial, workplace and family mediator and has extensive experience of conflict resolution. She draws on her legal, commercial and management experience in both her training and mediation work. Siobhan is accredited by CEDR and by the ADR Group and sits on its commercial mediation and workplace panels. She is an associate of Byrne Dean and was a key figure in establishing its early intervention model. She is also a member of the Civil Mediation Council and the IMC.
